Humility and Audacity

“These stories of faith that is humble enough to listen, audacious enough to act, seem to me to offer us an invitation to look around at where we are. Where we are as individuals in our own lives and in our life as a community, and ask, is there anything we need to step out from behind? Any metaphorical tax collectors booth that is part of a system of oppression, that we're caught up in, and may not even know it?”
